Step 1: Prepare the chicken
In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, yogurt, 2 tablespoons of gochujang, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Make the slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded Napa cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced green onions, 2 tablespoons of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
