Step 1: Prepare the soy glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and honey. Set aside.


1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
Step 2: Cook the broccoli
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt.

Step 3: Cook the garlic noodles
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles and return them to the pot. Add the minced garlic and toss to combine.

Step 4: Sear and glaze the salmon
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the soy glaze over the salmon and let it bubble and thicken for 1-2 minutes.
